Our spacious 2600 square foot home doubles as your Saskatchewan waterfowl hunting lodge from early September to late October. Located on the eastern edge Birch Hills, a small town of about one thousand people, there is an unobstructed view of the landscape. We have had geese feeding in the field less than 200 yards from our house. In 2010 we had a red fox that occasionally visited the hunters as they relaxed on the back patio in the evening.

With 3 guest bedrooms and a lower area common room we can easily accommodate 6 waterfowl hunters and their gear. The rest of our professionally renovated character home includes 1 ½ baths, a comfortable sitting area with gas fireplace, a reading and TV room with big screen satellite TV, a dining room, and a large county kitchen where fresh baked goods and and home cooked meals are crafted to please your senses. A collection of original paintings, photographs, mounted birds and big game heads is tastefully displayed and is sure to interest you.

Groceries and snacks, hardware, ammo, fuel, tire and vehicle repairs, pharmacy, banking, and alcohol, and restaurants are all available in Birch Hills. The local watering hole is about a five minute walk. A full service community is less than thirty minutes away.
